Your daily pitch:

As Product Manager (m/f/d) -  Customer Experience you lead product and feature initiatives through the entire development lifecycle and release them to market to deliver value to Tipico customers. You collaborate closely with Software Development Teams, Scrum Masters, other Product Managers and align with Product Lead to ensure successful delivery.

Your playing field:

  • You are responsible for product area domains and work to deliver high-quality, defect-free and top performing products.
  • You support the Product Lead in defining and executing the area product strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • You define feature Epic requirements and guide the efforts of the Development Teams in an Agile working environment (i.e. daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives).
  • You produce delivery plan of initiatives in close collaboration with development teams and evaluate the quality of on-going project efforts ensuring production proceeds according to schedule.
  • You define Non-functional requirements and ensure measures are in place to support management of product and feature performance.
  • You are responsible for story UAT and sign-off ensuring requirements and overall quality is met.
  • You support Product Lead to conceive, document and drive the creation of new product features and improvements.
  • You work with UXD Team for wireframes, mock-ups and specifications for new features.
  • You also work closely with various departments (e.g. Commercial, Compliance, Customer Service, Bookmaking, etc.) to ensure their requirements are collected and prioritised alongside product requirements.
  • You conduct market and competitive research and keep up-to-date with emerging new online technologies, trends in the digital landscape and leading industry practices.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • University degree in information technology, business administration or similar.
  • Expertise. You bring minimum 3 years’ experience as PM in managing & delivering end-to-end product solutions in an agile and innovative environment, ideally in the areas of iGaming, sportsbook, online casino and/or e-commerce.
  • Technology. To stay ahead of the game, you need to be able to understand tech trends, see how they impact your roadmap, and how they can drive innovation. Therefore understanding of leading software development is your absolute strength.
  • Customer Focus. Strong customer focus with the ability to empathize with customer motivations and desires is self-evident to you.
  • Agile environment.  You are experienced in working in an agile environment and you bring a strong understanding of product/software delivery lifecycle.
  • Project Management. To drive projects further you bring project management skills including product-based planning techniques, business case creation & maintenance and issues.
  • Stakeholder Management. To manage stakeholders from different cross-functional teams and to maintain strong working relationships with them, you have excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Languages.  Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission.  English  is the way we communicate within the company.
