Your daily pitch:

As Analyst CRO (m/f/d) - Customer Experience you help to develop analytical solutions to influence customer experience, innovation, product development and deliver actionable insights for our products, services, and business. You collaborate with team members and various functions to provide analysis and insights for conversion rate/step improvements on Tipico products. In this position, you will be able to marry your expertise in working with large data sets with your restless desire to formulate and answer broad “what” and “why” questions, publishing results from the analysis to drive product decisions.

Your playing field:

  • You collaborate closely with other CX team members to develop and optimize Tipico’s user journeys using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • You analyse customer data to derive insights and to improve step and funnel conversion rates.
  • You interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations, and share learnings based on results to positively impact customer experience.
  • You enlighten strategic decisions with detailed analysis of our customer preferences and behaviours.
  • You provide ongoing recommendations to help deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous product testing and user experience improvements.
  • You design, build, and maintain ongoing performance reports and manage one-off reporting requests.
  • You create and execute deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users (e.g., product audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and persona development).

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • University degree  in business administration, economics, statistics, or other relevant discipline.
  • Expertise. You have proven experience in conversion rate and site optimization, and statistics, ideally in the areas of iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, digital products and/or e-commerce.
  • Analytical competence. You bring strong understanding and hands-on experience with website analytics, UX conversion strategies & tactics as well as with A/B Testing.
  • Web Analytics & Tools . You are highly proficient in web analytics and familiar in using different web analytics platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Optimize 360, Google Analytics, Heatmaps, HotJar, DataStudio and Mutiny).
  • KPIs. You have expertise in defining KPIs to measure conversion and success/failure rates at various points in customer journeys and deriving insights from them and create reporting in eg. Domo.
  • Website Design. You are well-trained in effective website design.
  • Digital proficiency . You bring strong digital proficiency as well as some experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • SQL. You are experienced in writing queries using SQL (preferably Google Big Query).
  • Other tools. Voice of customer (VoC) tools and testing programs are familiar to you.
  • Languages.  Our #oneteam consists of more than 40 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission.  English  is the way we communicate within the company. German is nice-to-have for the role as well.
