The SEA Manager is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, successful, and scalable SEA campaigns to improve our Marketing reachability and impact. This team member will manage all our Acquisition SEA strategies, closely collaborating with external partners and the internal SEO team, will define best practices, optimize performance, develop test and scale activities while periodically reporting on test results and overall channel performances.
Your playing field:
- You will create, optimise and control the SEA campaigns with a strong focus on Google AdWords.
- You will analyse and interpret the campaign-relevant metrics and make recommendations on next steps and potential for improvement.
- You will grow customer volumes, whilst increasing SEA efficiencies.
- You put your ingenuity to good use by testing creatives, landing pages and new remarketing approaches.
Which skills you should bring to the pitch:
- Fluent German Skills. We are the market leader in Online & Retail sports-betting in Germany, this is essential when working on our product for our German-speaking customers.
- Fluent English Skills . Our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve the Tipico mission.
- SEA experience. You have 3+ years of working experience in a similar technology role, preferably in the online or gaming industry. Additionally, you have strong knowledge of media buying strategies and pricing, Adservers, SSP, DSP, DMS, CDP and Adform, Adjust & Firebase and AB/MVT testing.
- Collaborative. You will work cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams, to align on synergic Marketing strategies.
- Personal & professional integrity. You will display a strong desire and determination to work hard to meet goals while adhering to policies and rules.
- Ownership & accountability. You take responsibility and hold yourself and others accountable to meet targets and commitments.
- Customer centric mindset . You will build and optimize SEA campaigns with cultural and country-specific characteristics.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent presentation skills are desirable.
- Technical Skills as scripting (JS, C#) and SQL are a plus
