As a  CRM Research Specialist (m/f/x) at Tipico, you will set up dedicated CRM and Marketing surveys, focusing on current trends in the business. By presenting the insights to stakeholders and other CRM teams, you help to continuously improve CRM campaigns and lifecycles, but also to understand customer behavior better. Collaborating with the wider CRM and Product Research teams, you will be an important support in providing the best CRM based on what the customer needs and wants.

  Your playing field: 

• You set up surveys and focus discussions to understand customer behavior better and answer business questions on a quantitative and/ or qualitative level 
• You provide input to support the drive of change regarding testing and improving CRM measures based on data analysis plus survey results 
• You continuously report research statistics and present the results to the CRM department and other stakeholders where needed 
• You document and archive results to further increase learning effect and track changes in the market and with customer behaviors 
• You support the CRM Success team by combining data analyses and survey outcomes

Which skills you should bring to the pitch: 

• Work Experience.  First experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry is beneficial.
• Language . Our common language is English. Therefore, fluent English skills, verbal and written, are mandatory.
• Customer centric mindset.   The customer is always in the middle of everything you do.  As such, you design and deliver solutions with them in mind.

 Additional Skills: 

• German communication skills are beneficial. 
• Good html and Excel knowledge.
